Knitters and crocheters unite! How many of you love the change of seasons here in Nebraska? We do, too! Let’s celebrate with a Winter Temperature Cowl. You will choose your color pallet for different temperature ranges. Then, every day you knit or crochet a row or two, depending on the pattern you choose, showing the high and/or low temp for the day. The Cowl will start with temperatures from December 1st – 31st. On January 1st, choose a color to separate December and January and knit/crochet one round. Repeat at the end of January and February. (Here is an example of a temperature blanket.)

Stop in to see our sample pattern ideas for knit or crochet. Decide on your pattern and colors. We even have new cards to help keep track of your choices! We all get busy and might miss a day or two. Or you might decide to jump in after we’ve already started. No worries, join us any time! You can see past temperatures here.

This will not be a “class” but rather a knit-a-long. We look forward to seeing all the cowl creations!
