I wanted to write a note to let you know ImagiKnit Yarn Shop plans to remain open for business. The situation with COVID-19 will be monitored and any adjustments necessary will be made and communicated to all of you.
Of course, we are doing all we can to maintain a clean, healthy environment at the shop. We are also following the CDC’s recommendation to sing while hand washing. (Check out our list of song options in the bathroom.)
We will continue to hold classes, as the number of people are limited. However, if you are coughing, ill or have recently traveled, please be respectful of your fellow fiber community and stay at home! If you need supplies and are unable to come to the shop, please let us know. We will mail supplies, provide curbside pickups or deliver (ok . . . Omaha area only!). Even without an online shopping cart, technology still allows for us to help you to choose yarn or fiber for your projects, and will will happily do that!
ImagiKnit Yarn Shop is a small business and the coming days present uncertainty, for sure. Please consider keeping your business local, not just with us, but with all the other small local businesses you go to. There are many online choices, we know, but we’re so happy you choose us! We’re here because you’re here and for that, we are so thankful! Plus . . . we like you A LOT and enjoy your visits!!
Speaking for my team, our prayer is that you and those you love remain healthy. Aren’t you so glad we knit, crochet, spin, weave, etc? What a blessing to relieve some anxious thoughts. I will try harder to post more on social media. Beautiful things have been ordered and continue to arrive. Remember, the table is open when the shop is.
