I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing that I don’t live in Omaha! The last two years, my husband and I have traveled to Omaha over Christmas to spend time with our kiddo, and both years I’ve stopped in during the “Don’t Want to Inventory” sale.
The staff has been amazing with my boy (he’s dirt with noise attached, as all boys are), I’ve always been amazed at their service and this week is no exception after a bit of a snafu with some needles I ordered. Thank you Karla and staff, you absolutely personify customer service.

I traveled down from sioux city about a month ago and was greeted with the most amazing selection of beautiful yarn I have seen! She was very helpful in finding the perfect yarn while I was there. I will defiantly be back in the future!

Stopped in today for the first time – definitely will be coming back frequently. Karla is so welcoming and friendly, and her shop seems to just hug you!! All that wonderful yarn just waiting to come home!! Cannot wait to complete my current projects and find more wonderfulness to knit!!

Fully stocked shelves of popular brands as well as unusual and specialty yarns you’re unlikely to find elsewhere. There’s a “small town” ease with “big city” quality. If you’re seeking a shop that is welcoming, well-priced, informative, interesting, and offers an adventurous spirit, don’t hesitate to stop in. It’s a bit tricky to find, but well-worth the effort. I’ve been in Karla’s shop a few times now and I have always had wonderful experiences. She is so lovely and helpful. I am fairly new to knitting and she is definitely someone who has helped guide me with learning. I never feel rushed, she always takes time to answer my questions in depth.
