Back by popular request, this summer we will once again have our Knit/Crochet Cruise! Bring a knit/crochet project and join us for a fun time on “The Spirit of Brownville” in Brownville, Nebraska, (about an hour drive south of Omaha) on Saturday, June 30th. Enjoy an hour and a half relaxing river cruise on an old-time paddle wheel boat. While cruising, we will partake in a two-meat buffet dinner, all for only $29.95 + tax/person. The boat departs at 5:30 pm, so arrival by 5 pm is suggested to take care of payment.
There is a floating B & B available if you choose to stay overnight. (My reservation is made!) The rooms are lovely and the stay includes a wonderful homemade breakfast. As there are only 18 rooms, if you want to stay overnight, it would be a good idea to secure your room as soon as possible! Following the dinner cruise, we sit around and knit/crochet, tell stories and laugh, draw for some prizes, and maybe eat a few snacks. Please let us know at the shop by June 18th if you will be attending. We’ll call in a group reservation for the cruise and you pay at arrival. Hope you can join us!!
