This year we wanted to get ahead of the extreme summer heat and have the River Cruise sooner. Although with the way the weather is behaving, who knows what the temperature will be! We hope you’ll join us and venture south to Brownville (about 1 hour 10 mins) to board the Spirit of Brownville, a paddle-wheel boat, for a dinner cruise, some knitting/crocheting, conversation and laughter.
Time: Dinner cruise departs at 5:30 pm and returns at 7:00 pm
Price: $34.95 + tax per person
IYS will “host” a gathering time on the B&B to knit/crochet following the Dinner Cruise. We hope you’ll join the fun! If you’d like to stay overnight, the River Inn Resort has lovely rooms on their floating B&B. Rooms are currently available and are $140 + tax, which includes deluxe breakfast service.
Please note: IYS is not “in charge” of this event, just coordinating it. To participate, you will need to call (402) 825-6441 to make a reservation for the Dinner Cruise and a room if you choose to stay overnight. Let them know you’re with the ImagiKnit Yarn Shop group. There are 11 rooms being held through Wednesday, May 18th. Don’t wait to call in your reservation!
