Our LYS Day hours will be 10 am – 5 pm. If the weather cooperates, we’d love to have you bring a project to work on and a lawn chair. As long as the wind doesn’t blow, we’ll have a couple of tents up in the parking lot so you can sit, work on your project for a bit and chat with other makers. Please note: As it will be a busy day in the shop, the staff will not be available to help with fixing mistakes. Sit and knit/crochet/spin will only be available outside under the tents.
Of course we will have food, fun, drawings, a gift with purchase and special offers! Sheets with the “specials of the day” will be handed to you at the door. As a sneak peek for planning purposes, here are just a few:
- Blue Sky Fibers is offering a free pattern with purchase of their yarn. Blue Sky allows you to pick a pattern of your choice, so check out their website. We carry all the Woolstok lines.
- We have special yarn arriving from Baah Yarn, Urth Yarn and Emma’s Yarn, roving from Polka Dot Sheep and some new yarns for spring and summer. Check out summer tee patterns, shawl patterns with 1 – 3 colors, sock patterns, etc., so you’ll have an idea of the yardage needed.
- Lumos Lights are restocked, along with their newest color: Black! We love doing a special with these. Remember, Father’s Day is coming soon, and guys love these lights as well!
